Since our products are perishable, we do not accept return of flowers or floral arrangements after delivery. However, if you receive damaged or wrong items, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
In case the order has some problem - for example, damaged or wrong items - please report it to us within 24 hours after receiving your delivery. We will take a look at the problem and, depending on circumstances, provide a full or partial refund.
Refunds will be processed directly to your bank account if applicable. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Since our products are perishable and time-sensitive, we still try to refund the products that have been damaged or incorrectly received.
In case you want to cancel the order, contact us right away. Orders are accepted for cancellation if they haven't been processed or shipped. Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been shipped or delivered.
