Appormanc is a Hong Kong-based flower shop that delivers flower arrangements and offers exclusive delivery service within Hong Kong. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders made are processed and delivered domestically to any address located within Hong Kong.
We accept only cash on delivery (COD) as the payment method. We will expect payment in full upon delivery. You should be prepared to have the exact amount available when we deliver.
We update all the information about our products and their availability on our website, but if a product happens to be out of stock or not available, we would let you know immediately. Though we try to ensure that the flowers are freshest, availability might differ with seasons.
For inhouse orders, if the request has reached us before our daily cut-off time, it can be processed on the same day, subject to availability. Deliveries are usually carried out within the same or next day, depending on the delivery time slot a customer preference. We facilitate domestic shipping only within Hong Kong but do not provide international deliveries. Deliveries are made at the address specified during check out at the time of purchase.
We respect your privacy and commit to protecting your personal information. Your information will not be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed to third parties for any marketing purposes. In case you want to cancel your order, kindly reach us within 24 hours from the date you place it. This is based on availability and may carry a cancellation fee depending on how far along it is in processing.
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept return or exchange. If there is an issue with your order, such as you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We will evaluate the situation and make arrangements for a resolution.
Appormanc shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages which may arise from the use of our products or services. Although we pay maximum attention to the order processing and delivery of flowers in good condition, we do not take responsibility for third party or circumstances beyond our control which includes bad weather.

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes or claims arising from the use of our services will be litigated in the courts of Hong Kong.
